Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Major city (Karachi.): 2–3 business days
- Other cities/remote areas: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number/confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can track your delivery status.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order.
Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
- If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll help track it down.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with relevant details/photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
