At Sunara Organics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 15 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The seal must be intact (for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be accepted for return)
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken/tampered seal
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
  • Items purchased on clearance/discount sales (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us.
